How the AI rap video generator turns photos into a duet

A lyrics generator gives you words. AIRAP creates a visual performance featuring the people in your photos, with optional generated sound. Start with a friendship, a birthday or a personal milestone. Choose the theme for the atmosphere; use the audio topic for what the performance should be about.

Use a front-facing portrait with visible eyes and mouth, the full head and some shoulder space. Soft window light helps; backlighting can leave the face too dark. Beauty filters, sunglasses, motion blur and extreme side profiles can weaken likeness even when the upload succeeds.

Files that cannot be used
Upload JPEG, PNG or WebP, no larger than 2 MB per image. A renamed file is not a format conversion. Export an unsupported format or an oversized original to a supported image before uploading.
Two people means two separate portraits
Hotel Lobby and On The Radar require two different individual photo uploads, one for each performer. A couple selfie or group picture is a poor substitute. Choose similarly clear portraits; neither person needs to share the other's original background.
A solo performance has different requirements
Tiny Desk and Halloween each need one portrait. Extra people in that image can confuse the intended lead. Use a photo you have permission to use, without another face appearing behind the subject.

Find a theme for your AI rap video

Explore the available scenes and performance styles. Check the photo requirements and duration for each theme, then choose one that fits your story.

Hotel Lobby is the theme with four stage options: orange studio, Luxury Lobby, Studio Booth and Street Cypher. On The Radar, Tiny Desk and Halloween are separate themes. All four Hotel Lobby stages use two individual portraits.

Hotel Lobby: orange studio
The plain orange backdrop and hanging microphone keep attention on faces and gestures. Choose it for a quick joke, friendly birthday exchange or bold phone post.
Luxury Lobby
Cream marble, warm chandeliers and separate vintage microphones create a formal celebration setting. Consider it for a shared milestone, anniversary message or dressed-up duo.
Studio Booth
Acoustic panels, violet-blue lighting and a shared studio microphone suggest a close recording session. It fits a personal dedication or collaborative verse focused on the pair.
Street Cypher
A night alley, abstract graffiti and two standing microphones give the duet an outdoor feel. Choose it for an energetic friendship tribute or crew-style exchange between two people.

AI rap prompts: a subject, mood and message

Occasion + one personal detail + mood + language. For example: a birthday rap for a friend who is always late to game night, playful and upbeat, in English. A focused brief is easier to interpret than a complete song, camera directions and several competing genres in one field.

The audio topic accepts up to 500 characters. Include an occasion, one memorable detail and a preferred language. Choose one emotional direction: affectionate teasing and a sincere tribute ask for different writing.

Audio topic examples you can adapt

These are creative briefs, not guaranteed lyrics. Replace the details with your own and keep the whole topic under 500 characters.

Use the examples as starting points, then replace the generic relationship with a detail only your audience would recognize. Two common editing mistakes are worth checking.

Hotel Lobby
An upbeat rap in English about two friends who always turn up late to game night. Friendly teasing, a catchy short hook and a celebratory mood.
On The Radar
A relaxed back-and-forth in Spanish between two friends celebrating their first marathon. Mention early training mornings and crossing the finish line together.
Tiny Desk
A warm soul-style birthday dedication in Italian. A keyboard-led vocal about a friend who makes everyone feel at home, with a joyful refrain.
Halloween
A playful Halloween freestyle in English about hosting a backyard party. Pumpkins, homemade costumes and the friend who ate all the candy. Funny, not frightening.
Too many competing directions
Weak: A sad romantic diss track, five jokes, a beat switch and a long graduation story. Better: A joyful graduation rap celebrating two friends who studied together through late-night coffee breaks, in English. One event and one shared memory give a short duet room to land.
Technical settings inside the topic
Weak: Make it 15 seconds in 1080p, change the room to a rooftop and use a famous singer's voice. Better: A confident friendship rap about starting a first business together, upbeat, in English. Select duration, resolution and stage in their controls; the topic is an audio brief.

What the audio topic can and cannot control

Describe subject, mood and a preferred language. Change the model, ratio and duration in their controls. The topic does not upload a song, guarantee a specific voice, reproduce exact lyrics or override the chosen theme. For a longer music video, plan several short clips and edit them together after download.

Turn generated audio on for a vocal performance. Naming a song or performer does not add song-upload or voice-cloning features. Review the generated wording and pronunciation before sharing.

Review the model and credit quote

Seedance 2.0 Mini and Fast offer 480p and 720p. Seedance 2.0 and 2.5 also offer 1080p. Start with the settings you actually need: the exact credit quote updates with model, resolution and duration. Native audio is included. Review the final quote before you confirm generation.

For Hotel Lobby and On The Radar, choose among 5, 8, 10, 12 and 15 seconds. Match the length to the idea rather than filling the longest option with instructions. Tiny Desk offers 10, 12 or 15 seconds, while Halloween stays fixed at 10 seconds.

5 seconds: one compact exchange
Use it for a greeting or a single joke with a short answer. Avoid a backstory, several names and a separate ending in the same brief.
8 seconds: a little more context
Choose it for one shared detail and a quick response. The duet direction allows a short shared finish, although generated delivery and timing can vary.
10 seconds: a balanced short message
A useful starting point for an occasion, one personal detail and a closing sentiment. Keep the idea focused instead of treating the extra seconds as another topic.
12 seconds: setup and payoff
Consider it when a joke or dedication needs a little explanation. Use the space for a clearer exchange rather than an additional genre or scene change.
15 seconds: more room to trade lines
Choose it for a fuller duet with more conversational development. It is still a short performance, so a complete biography or full song remains too much material.

Check the result before publishing

Follow the saved task in My Videos. Processing time varies with model, settings and queue. Check each face, hand movement, cut and spoken word before downloading the MP4. Confirmed failures and rejected output receive a full credit refund; check an uncertain task's status before creating another request.

The face looks different
Replace a shadowed, filtered or heavily cropped portrait with a clearer individual image. Higher output resolution cannot restore identity information missing from the reference. Compare both performers, not just the person nearest the camera.
The vocal feels rushed or the joke disappears
Reduce the topic to one occasion and detail, or choose a longer supported duet duration. State the language once. More instructions can compete with the central message rather than make it clearer.
Hands, mouths or the scene look wrong
Watch the whole clip, including transitions and the ending. Recheck the selected theme and stage; the audio topic does not replace them. Lip movement, gestures and likeness can vary across generated results.
A task is unfinished or needs attention
Read its saved status in My Videos before submitting again. A new request has its own quote and charge. Creative disappointment differs from a confirmed failed job; check the refund status.
