Contact AIRAP Video support
Contact support by email at support@airapvideogen.org for account access, credit purchases, generation issues or privacy requests. Signed-in users can also open a support request in their account. Support availability and response time can vary; no response deadline is promised here.
Help us identify the issue
Include the affected page, approximate time and a short description of what happened. For a purchase, include the order reference shown in your account. For generation, include the task identifier and its displayed status. Describe expected and actual behavior without sending passwords, verification codes, full payment card details or private photos.
If a task outcome is uncertain, keep the saved task and avoid submitting it again as a new generation. Check My videos for the recorded status. A credit refund for a failed generation is different from a cash refund for a credit purchase; describe which issue you need help with.
Privacy and account requests
Use the same support email to request access, correction, export or deletion of account data, or to raise a rights concern. We may need to verify account ownership before handling the request. Read the privacy policy for the data and service providers involved.
Before contacting support
The creation guide explains photo requirements, audio topics, settings and common generation problems. It can help you describe the issue and prepare the relevant task information.
Report unsafe content or appeal a decision
Use support@airapvideogen.org to report unsafe generated content, unauthorized use of your likeness, copyright or trademark concerns, or to appeal a moderation decision. An account is not required to email a report. Include a task identifier or page URL if known, describe the rule or right involved and explain the requested correction. For a rights claim, provide enough information to establish the relevant rights and your connection to them. Do not publicly share private media links or attach unnecessary private images; support can request a safer way to identify the material if needed.
Reports are assessed using the information provided and relevant service records. Additional details or verification may be needed; confirmed violations can lead to refused generation, removal of affected access or material, and the measures in the content policy. If you appeal, give the task reference and explain why the result appears incorrect. Reporting does not guarantee a particular outcome or response deadline.
