Terms of service

Terms of service

These terms apply when you access AIRAP Video at airapvideogen.org. Use the service only if you agree to these conditions. Features may change as the product develops; the interface describes the functionality available at the time you use it.

The product generates new scenes and video performances from individual photos, a selected effect and supported settings. Example videos explain the intended effect and are not source footage for generation. Signed-in users can upload the required photos. Uploading photos, viewing examples and changing settings do not start a video generation task. Generation is available only when the service and pricing are ready.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. If you believe someone else has gained access, contact support and take steps to protect your credentials.

Your creative inputs

You are responsible for the photos and audio-topic text you submit through the supported input fields. Obtain any permissions needed from copyright holders and people depicted in your material. Do not submit content that infringes another person's rights or use the service to impersonate someone deceptively.

AI output can contain errors or unexpected details. Review any result before publishing or distributing it. Access to a generation tool does not itself grant rights in a third party's music, likeness, trademark or other protected material.

Acceptable use and content policy

Do not access another person's account or data, evade moderation or access controls, disrupt the service, distribute malicious software or use the service unlawfully. These rules apply to inputs, requested scenes, generated images and videos, and any use or distribution of results.

The following content and uses are prohibited:

• Sexual or NSFW content: pornography, nudity, sexual exploitation, sexualized manipulation of a person's image, or requests to remove clothing.
• Violence and gore: graphic injury, torture, extreme gore, threats or instructions intended to cause harm, including encouragement of self-harm.
• Hate and harassment: hateful or dehumanizing content targeting protected groups, targeted abuse, intimidation or extremist promotion.
• Child-unsafe content and CSAM: sexual or exploitative depictions of anyone under 18, sexualized young-looking subjects, grooming, or attempts to obtain or distribute such material.
• Deepfakes and impersonation: face substitution between identifiable people, nudification, fabricated kissing, hugging or other intimate interactions, or content falsely presented as evidence that a real person said or did something. A person's consent does not permit these prohibited uses. Do not submit requests involving public figures to fabricate endorsements, news or political statements.
• Copyright and trademark infringement: unlicensed protected recordings, lyrics, characters, logos or marks, or material that misrepresents affiliation with a rights holder. A theme or model name grants no license.

Upload only your own photos or material for which the depicted people have given informed permission for this use. Do not upload another person's photos or voice without that person's permission. Do not use output to mislead others about identity, consent or a real event. AI-generated performances must be described as synthetic when shared; they are not recordings of an actual performance.

Moderation and enforcement

User-entered generation text is checked with Waffo Prompt Sift before it can proceed. Photos, generated scene images and generated videos use SeeAPI safety checks. Requests or results that are rejected, still under review or cannot be verified are not approved for delivery. Automated checks can make mistakes and video review uses sampled frames rather than every frame or the soundtrack. Switching a generation model does not authorize bypassing these checks.

Available responses to a confirmed violation include refusing a request, withholding access to the affected result, removing stored material or restricting the affected generation access. Credit refunds and adjustments follow the purchase and generation rules below; reporting a violation does not automatically erase a balance. Relevant task, moderation and report records may be retained to investigate an incident and handle an appeal. AIRAP does not provide a public gallery of user-generated works.

Reports and appeals

Report suspected unsafe content, unauthorized likeness use or rights infringement to support@airapvideogen.org, or use the contact page. Include the page or task reference, what rule or right is involved and sufficient context to locate the material. Do not post private media links publicly or send passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive photos. Reports may require further information or identity/right verification. The review considers relevant records and may lead to the measures above. Use the same route to appeal a moderation decision, state why it appears incorrect and provide its task reference. No fixed review deadline is promised.

Purchases

Credits are sold as one-time top-ups and are valid for 1 calendar year from the date they are added to your account. Any unused balance from that top-up expires at the end of this period. There is no subscription or automatic renewal in the current offering. Credits are added after payment is confirmed. The server calculates a generation quote from your model, resolution and duration; native audio is included. You confirm this quote before submitting. An accepted task keeps its quoted cost. If the price changes before acceptance, a new confirmation is required. Viewing examples or changing the form does not consume generation credits.

The $1 Seedance 2.5 trial pack contains 8 ordinary credits and is limited to one purchase per account. These credits cover one 480p, 5-second Seedance 2.5 video using Hotel Lobby or On The Radar; other settings follow their displayed quote. Existing customers may also buy this pack if they have not bought it before. A completed purchase permanently uses the offer, including after a refund, credit use or expiry. An unfinished payment resumes the same checkout where available; contact support if that checkout has expired or its payment outcome needs review.

A confirmed generation failure or rejected output receives a full refund of the credits charged for that task. If the provider outcome is uncertain, the task and its charge remain saved for reconciliation; do not submit it again as a new task. A generation-credit refund restores credits to your account and is separate from a cash refund of a top-up purchase. Returned credits keep their original expiry while it is still in the future. If one-year credits have expired before the refund, only the returned amount receives a new one-year validity period from the refund date.

Before buying, review the price, currency, credit quantity shown at checkout. These details describe the purchase you are making. Questions about charges, cancellations or refunds can be sent to support@airapvideogen.org or raised through the support options in your account. Nothing here removes rights that apply to you under mandatory law.

Cash refunds and cancellation

You can leave an unfinished checkout without completing payment; the current one-time offer has no recurring plan to cancel. After payment, request a purchase review through support@airapvideogen.org, identifying the order and whether its credits have been used. Unused credits, duplicate charges and missing credit delivery are assessed against the payment records and applicable consumer rights. A request is not an automatic approval, and a generation-credit return is not a cash refund. Where a cash refund is approved, it is processed through the original payment provider and the corresponding credits are adjusted to avoid retaining both the payment and credits. No cash-refund time limit or unconditional money-back promise is created here; mandatory rights continue to apply. After a generation has been accepted by the provider, closing the page does not cancel it. Contact support about an uncertain task instead of creating another charge.

Models and independent service

Scene images use Seedream 5 Lite (seedream-5-lite). Video options are Seedance 2.0 Mini, Seedance 2.0 Fast, Seedance 2.0 and Seedance 2.5, as displayed in the creation settings and pricing comparison. Availability depends on the selected model and settings; output is generated by AI and may differ from the examples. AIRAP Video is an independent service, not an official product of or an endorsement by a model provider. Model names identify the underlying services and do not confer music, likeness or trademark rights.

Site content and availability

The site's original interface, editorial content and branding remain the property of their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer ownership of that material to you. Availability and the results of individual features are not guaranteed, and parts of the service may be changed or suspended.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use or unavailability. You remain responsible for your decisions about the material you submit and publish.
