Privacy policy
This notice applies to AIRAP Video at airapvideogen.org. It describes the information associated with using an account, contacting support and accessing the service.
Account and service information
When you register, the service receives the account details you provide, such as your name and email address. Authentication services use session information to keep you signed in. Account settings, support messages and transaction records help the service respond to your requests and maintain your account.
Technical information about a visit may include browser information, request logs and interactions with the site. This information supports compatibility, troubleshooting and protection against misuse. Cookies may also remember your session and preferences.
Creative material
AIRAP Video generates new scenes and video performances from photos, a selected effect and supported settings. Public example videos are display material and are not generation inputs. Viewing an example or selecting an effect does not upload material or start a task.
Signed-in users can separately upload 1–3 subject photos. Uploaded files are stored with Cloudflare R2 and associated with the account through their storage path. Preview links expire after one hour; anyone with an unexpired link can read the associated image. Removing a photo from the current selection or reloading the page does not delete the stored file. Uploading a photo does not start video generation. The selected theme displays its required photo count before generation. When you submit a generation request, the server processes these photos and any optional audio topic through the configured AI services to create new scene images and video. Task settings and status are associated with your account. Creative material can contain personal information. Submit only material you are entitled to use, avoid including private information that is unnecessary for the selected effect, and review the upload and generation information before submitting.
Payments and service providers
Payment processors handle payment credentials for purchases. The service retains the associated order and billing records needed to manage the purchase. Other providers may process information to deliver the features you choose, such as authentication, hosting or customer support.
Personal information is not sold. Information may be disclosed where required by a legal obligation, or to address fraud, misuse and threats to the service or its users.
Security and requests
The generation workflow checks user-entered creative text with Waffo Prompt Sift before generation. Selected photos, generated scene images and generated videos use SeeAPI safety checks. A rejected, pending-review, unavailable or invalid text check does not authorize generation. These steps begin after you confirm generation; uploading a photo alone does not send it to a moderation or generation provider. Uploaded photos are validated and normalized locally, then stored privately in Cloudflare R2. Images may be converted to PNG for consistent checking and generation. The configured generation providers receive the selected media and compiled prompts needed to create the scene and video; underlying models are listed on the About page. Internal signed media links allow providers to read required material during processing. User video previews and downloads require the owning account's authenticated access. Submitted topics, task settings, moderation request identifiers, decisions and relevant diagnostic records may be retained for retries, incident review and audit. Video safety checks use sampled frames and do not inspect every frame or the audio track.
Access controls and other safeguards help protect account information. No online service can guarantee that information will remain secure in every circumstance.
You can edit available profile fields in your account. For questions about access, correction, export or deletion of account information, email support@airapvideogen.org or use the support request option in the account area. A request may require identity verification before it can be handled.
Updates
The date above identifies the most recent revision of this notice. Check this page when you need the current information about privacy on AIRAP Video.
Cookies and optional measurement
Essential session and security cookies support account access; language and appearance preferences remember your choices. The cookie-choice record lasts up to one year. Campaign and referring-page cookies last up to 30 days and are written only after you accept optional measurement; these source fields may then be saved with a new account for conversion reporting.
Optional measurement uses the operator's self-hosted Plausible instance at stats.wordladderdaily.com after you consent. It receives page-visit and referral information and basic browser/device information for traffic reporting. Google Analytics, advertising and third-party support widgets load only if separately configured and permitted by the cookie banner. You can reject optional cookies and continue using the tool, or reopen Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops subsequent optional script loading and removes the site's campaign and first-party Google measurement cookies. Your browser settings control other cookies already stored by third parties.
Conversion events describe a generation start or a checkout start and selected product settings. They do not send your photos, audio topic, account email or task identifier as analytics event properties. Account conversion reports can group sign-ups, orders and confirmed payments by the source recorded with the account.
With your consent, PVUV.ai is also used for a website traffic statistics competition. Its script is served from www.pvuv.ai and sends page visits, referring-page and browser/device signals to in.pvuv.ai, including signals used to distinguish automated traffic. It uses first-party visitor, session and attribution cookies and may store a visitor identifier in localStorage. Withdrawing optional measurement consent also removes PVUV's first-party identifiers from this site.
Retention and international processing
Account, task and purchase records are retained for providing the service, reconciling unfinished tasks and meeting applicable recordkeeping obligations. Clearing a form does not delete uploaded files. This notice does not promise an automatic deletion period for stored portraits or results; contact support for a deletion request. Providers may process data in other countries depending on their infrastructure. Contact support for questions about a particular provider, retention or applicable data rights.
For related service questions, read the terms of service or use the contact and privacy support routes.
